Pros

Friendly culture with very few egos. Employees focus on doing "the right thing" during times of tough decisions. Tremendous drive and passion for the business from the senior leadership team.

Cons

There is an "us" and "them" mentality between the business units despite attempts of senior managers to break down the walls.

It is like the Gestapo. Dictation by intimidation. Employees are replaceable. Sometimes good performance review, no compensation. Low wages.
