Pros
Work from home, sometimes nice customers.
Cons
Most customers range from apathetic to hostile and leadership would rather sit atop their towers pushing "goals" towards their subordinates than actually solve their problems. Most of management's initiatives ended up causing more issues and making it harder for us to do work. Instead of solving these problems, they would just make us deal with it, and push work towards teams with preexisting workloads. Very unforgiving; going over on your uto can get you terminated immediately. During training they tell you to take it easy because "it's just dog food". The moment they put you on actual calls and you slip up, they make it seem like you personally took that pet out back and shot it in the back of the head. I realize the biggest problems come from the nature of the job, but this company is sincerely not worth your time, effort, or mental health. Anyone who recommends you work here is a corporate drone.
