Let's start off with saying Christian brothers somehow has control over everything said about them online. I've tried writing 3 separate reviews here and they all dissappear.... if it's negative it won't get published. I find the Google reviews for the location I work at to also be controlled. We have a terrible reputation (did not know that when I started, in fact I was interested coming to work there because of their Google reviews). In summary, we charge more than the Dealer while using aftermarket parts, our overall product is not good, we have a high comeback rate, the hours are long, everyone works 50+ hours a week except the owners. The owners are not there every day and collectively they (husband and wife) work maybe 20-25 hours a week. There is no leadership, management, the husband watches the security cameras from home and calls in when he sees something he does not like. You can imagine how toxic the culture is. For this location the "Christian" element is just a gimmick. It's effective but not sincere. I would never recommend a friend or family member to bring their vehicle to us for service.
