The people are great and it's a wonderful work environment and beautiful office building with a fitness center. The company constantly reaches new sales goals and that's because everyone is super committed to what they do. The passion is infectious. A very open, fun, results-oriented culture has been created due to good leadership. Starting at the top, the values of most people in the company are in line with what is best for our customers and the company, and to help everyone be successful. There is tons of opportunity. And the hardest working people, who constantly contribute, thrive and get ahead. Management and our leadership team is awesome - really helpful and open with great attitudes. They are always available and willing to help it you are interested in learning and getting better. I've worked at other companies so I know how good this one is. I look forward to coming to work every day because I am surrounded by such great people.
Cons
Sales is a tough job and you have to be willing to go after it every day. If you do, the rewards and compensation is excellent. No one to hold you back but yourself. But you have to be driven.
