      Pros

      I honestly cannot come up with any pros for working for Concentrix.

      Cons

      Senior management holds its top-performing managers and advisors back to pad their stats. They work team leads to death. They continuously pile extra work on team leads and don't compensate them fairly. Toxic work environment- constant back-stabbing and you cannot trust anyone. Clique work environment- if you're not a part of the clique, you will not advance. Management is horrible after the team lead level; including Operations Manager, Site Lead, etc. HR is a puppet for management and rubber stamps all corrective action and termination.

      Pros

      Working with employees around the globe.

      Cons

      Company expanded to fast from 8000 employees to over 100000 without getting a good foundation, like HR, payroll, purchasing, etc in place. HR & Payroll make so many mistakes. Company doesn't care about its people. When they acquire new company, they lay off a bunch of existing employees. Company's value Velocity is just overreaction instead of strategies, planning and communications.
