Pros

I have been working at Content Guru for over a year and enjoy every minute of it! I have had over 20 years’ experience of working in fast growing technology companies - Content Guru sets the highest standards of them all, both in people and products that is at the cutting-edge of technology. If being featured in Gartner’s magic quadrant, winning ‘Cloud Provider of the Year’ at the 2015 UK IT Industry Awards and winning the Queens Award for Innovation 2016 doesn’t provide testimony of the strength of products, I'm not sure what will. It is an exciting, ambitious and growing company, where intelligent, smart and capable colleagues really do care about putting customers first. Being part of a dynamic, agile and ever-changing business, I feel empowered to make a material difference to the growth of the business. I find this incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. The office environment is stimulating and the company really does looks after its employees. The vibrant atmosphere and frequent laughter in the corridor (as well as in the rooms) tells me that this is a good place to be and I haven’t even touched on the social events that the company generously provides for its staff. There's definitely room to progress if you're willing to put the work in as I have experienced. You do not have the office politics that you get with larger companies. This means that decisions can be made quickly, without bureaucracy and without unnecessary governance. The ability to be flexible, responsive, and collaborative in approach is welcomed by customers, channel partners and of course, colleagues. The company lives by its values and acts with the highest integrity, openness and transparency; as an employee, this makes me feel good. I can honestly say that I look forward to work, and to the challenges ahead, as Content Guru builds on its ambitious growth plans to be the partner of choice for integrated cloud-based communications. Do find out more and experience it for yourself.

Cons

In my 100% unbiased opinion, there are no negatives significant enough to mention here. So glad, I took the decision to work here – without doubt, the best career move that I have made.

Pros

Working in the lovely town of Bracknell

Cons

The most unfriendly unhelpful stressful and unrewarding place to work on the planet. Don't waste your time joining this company where you can make yourself ill working ridiculously long hours to make someone else rich.

Pros

Content Guru is an innovative company with motivated and dedicated staff. It values it customers and employees alike. I've been lucky enough to work at Content Guru since it's inception. Everyone is focused on delivering great service to our customers and in providing the infrastructure and environment needed to cultivate a 'can do' attitude. There is a real sense of being part of something special at Content Guru. I am proud of what we have achieved, becoming a leader of cloud based unified communications, especially when we are up against some of the so called 'big boys' it proves that with the right people you can achieve anything! The people I work with are professional and extremely helpful. There is a strong set on company values which allows people to grow as part of a team and get the help and provide the environment needed to give new employees the support they need to be part of this fantastic company. The benefits are good too.

Cons

We are growing! There have been some growing pains. There is a strong emphasis on promoting from within and giving opportunities to graduates. In the past that has left some teams with fewer experienced team members as people rise through the ranks. You may be required to work shifts on occasion work extra hours.
