There is no communication. Everyone does their own thing, no teamwork. Management wants more and more and doesn’t give any reward in return

We have a standard monthly CUWest Connection meeting for all employees where we share updates and ask for questions. Our leaders also hold either weekly or monthly meetings with their teams. We offer a Recognition Program to celebrate our employees contributions Our Internal Service Survey Program was recently launched to evaluate how we support each other internally to strengthen teamwork. Oddly quick to fire people lately- HR has taken a sharp turn in a weird direction over the last year Way too many projects and meetings at the same time
