      Pros

      Earnings potential, client retention opportunities at a higher commission rate on their next deal, health insurance, nice office, sales technique trainings, ability to do this job without any prior experience in the automotive industry. If you can LISTEN, and ask the right questions with clients... you can close just about any deal.

      Cons

      Traffic on the drive to the office, micro-management from executive level managers, toxic work environment at times due to executive management using fear-based leadership tactics.

      D&M is not with the times

      Pros

      It’s really hard to find a pro to add here. The nicest thing I can say is that at least you can say you have a job if you work here.

      Cons

      Vacation time and sick time are basically nonexistent here. Don’t even think about a hybrid schedule; remote time is highly frowned upon by upper management. You will also be micromanaged by management to a point you will just do what you’re told and not ask any questions in fear of getting in trouble.

      It's Not For Everyone

      Decent pay plan if you put in the hours.

      Cons

      I headlined this "It's Not For Everyone" because that's their pat answer for EVERY negative thing anyone says about them. Instead of trying to improve by listening, they make that arrogant remark.
