Don't work here if you value yourself
Pros
It is a stepping stone in your career path.
Cons
Let me count the ways... - Terrible and expensive health insurance - Only 6 company holidays a year - You'll start out with only ~13 days of PTO (that's vacation AND sick time - you'll be sick a lot. The office is a petri dish of germs) a year until your 5th year, if you make it that long - Zero benefits other than 401k and health insurance - Underpaid in every department - Employees are warm bodies capable of doing work, not valued people - Overworked - Old school way of managing, so watch out if you're a successful woman...you'll be shut down - Arrogant managers - Insane timelines that are set by managers who don't know anything, not developers who know their skills - Hostile and demoralizing environment - Managers who dictate and delegate instead of investing in their employees - Managers who don't take responsibility for poor actions and let their employees take the fall - Miscommunication - No help or guidance whatsoever - You'll get written up for the dumbest things, like it's second grade - Not a team environment. It's everyone for themselves
