- No clear vision or strategic direction from director, leading to confusion and inefficiency - Passive aggressive communication and avoidance of conflict, creating a toxic workplace dynamic - Leadership plays favorites leading to an unfair work environment - Lack of recognition for hard work and contributions unless you are part of the “in group” - Very little career growth - Focus on weaknesses rather than strengths, making development feel punitive rather than supportive

Pros

- Great culture & colleagues - Great product, loved by customers - Great benefits, free lunch 3x a week - Great processes for ECSM - Best-in-class training making something complex easier to digest - Company is rather conservative with funds - job security compared to other industry players who spend with less consideration

Cons

- Pay relatively low compared to industry - Unnecessarily complex billing - Inflexibility in getting credit requests & refunds due to accidental usage processed, causing frustration to customers - Depending on dept, Workload is relatively high
