Pros

There are a lot of opportunities for those willing to do the work. The games are top notch and the IP we work with have a lot of value. The work environment is a lot of fun. There is a lot of experience to be gained from the many industry veterans. The company is expanding and looks like it will continue to be.

Cons

Not the place for just punching a clock. There is a high bar expected of everyone. There isn't always the most transparency, such as with timelines. Workflow can vary a lot from week to week.

Pros

Everyone I have worked with here is amazing at what they do. The production staff, engineers, artists and designers are all top-notch. It's a great work environment where people are knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated at what they do.

Cons

There is sometimes tension between the designers who make decisions working 40-hour weeks and the engineers and producers working 60-hour weeks to get those decisions implemented.
