Pros

Never a boring day, constant new challenges, and some of the most talented people I've ever worked with. The company is very close-knit, and often hangs out after work playing games and partying. Tons of opportunity for anyone who wants to grow their skills and work on some of the best IP around.

Cons

Company grows slowly and carefully, which can mean that open positions go unfilled for a long time. Long dev cycles on their current suite of games take a toll on morale, as everyone wants to see these games get wider audiences.

Pros

-Awesome IPs -The most talent people I have ever met -Chance to level up -Colorado = Best Place on Earth -I love everyone single one of my coworkers (not a single bad apple) -Everyone is committed to making the best project -Many people hang out and form communities outside of work

Cons

-Results driven culture somes gets a little carried away -Occasional long days -Still growing processes / plans / culture (some might argue that's a plus) -Seems average to slightly low on perks (compensation / benefits / etc.) from what I have learned about the industry

Pros

Good company and good people working here. Flexibility with remote work is nice. New projects to work on often which helps with project fatigue.

Cons

Communication up the chain isn't always the best. Personal salary growth is really difficult here.
