Pros

not really much other than a paycheck now, and executive “leadership”‘is making that difficult currently.

Cons

Allan came in and immediately stripped away some key benefits like: Holiday shutdown, quarterly day of rest, company paid health coverage, sick time etc… Under Dan it felt like you were trusted and appreciated, there is NONE of that with Allan. He kept saying there will be no layoffs, then 2 rounds happened in his extremely short tenure. Upper Management kept hounding us to do this glint survey, because they “really care about our feedback,” then literally ignored ALL of the concerns, and said “deal with it, this is how it is now.” This WAS a great company to work for, look at the reviews now, it’s a dumpster fire…

Pros

The people you work with on a day to day are amazing, everyone is kind and willing to help you learn. The first and second line managers were the reason I loved working there from day one.

Cons

I don't think upper management even knows what direction this company is going in. Since Allan and Jennifer came on board in place of Dan and Joan the company has done a 180 on priorities and communication. Benefits slashed, very much a "do more with less" attitude while spending time during all hands meetings bragging about how much cash is in the bank.

Pros

None at this point, avoid if possible.

Cons

Leadership is doing sneaky things. We were told no layoffs until they started laying off people. Company days off disappeared from the calendar without acknowledgement. Morale is at an absolute low and leadership doesn't seem to care. They touted the vital few and used it as a reason to layoff/restructure, but when we were told what the vital few were, it was apparent nothing was changing. Management touts advancement and promotions but keeps coming up with reasons to delay it.
