      Pros

      Stability. Sales goals are there but without the risk of getting canned for not meeting them. Good Co-Workers Decent Benefits Options

      Cons

      Well below par pay scales. No incentives Advancement based on politics. Little regard for keeping qualified employees unless they first have an offer somewhere else. Consistently request more from some while accepting less from others. Would rather hire from outside rather than promote from within.

      Pros

      Very nice people to work with. The environment kind of reminded me of the show "The Office." The workload is not heavy at all and management is very understanding when it comes to personal issues.

      Cons

      Pay is below par. Upper management is somewhat secretive when it comes to major decisions regarding specific divisions. The regular employees are on a "last to know" basis.
