Decent health insurance. Coworkers are nice.

- overwhelming workloads with no sign of relief. - poor training and lack of resources and protocols. - petty drama stemming from poor leadership from management. - your role is more like being a robot than actually servicing dealers. - no trust and management siloes themselves from their team. - do not trust them when they tell you they care about the team. They don’t. They care about money. - this is not a role that teaches you about actual strategic and realistic ways to use social, it is more about a quota system. - the product is WAY behind in comparison to other similar products. - team leadership is afraid of confrontation leading to a middle school mindset in handling team members and conflict. - so much more. So many problems.
