From our engaged community and friendly colleagues to the work-life balance offered to our employees, it is wonderful to hear that you are enjoying life at Dynata. As you mentioned, we offer a multitude of training opportunities, and this includes career development trainings and online courses. Additionally, we have an internal career mapping platform, which allows employees to explore pathways within and across departments. Regarding pay, we perform yearly compensation reviews to make sure we are in line with the market and rewarding performance. Thanks for the 5-star review.

Pros

The people are the best part of the company. I left behind some truly smart, hilarious, and wonderful people. I learned a lot from my peers during my time at Dynata.

Cons

Leadership needs a new approach. The company culture took a nosedive after the SSI-RN merger. The company became too large to be enjoyable, and working at a satellite office (i.e. not Plano) made me pretty much invisible. I spent 5+ years with the company and only wish I’d left sooner. Periodic sales contests to win $100 Visa gift cards in lieu of raises is not sustainable (sorry, I should say 2% raise on merit once a year for good performance - You'll be told to be grateful because not everyone got one.)

First, thank you for your years of service with us. We’re glad you enjoyed your co-workers; we agree they are one of the best things about Dynata! Sorry to hear you felt invisible not being in our Dallas/Plano office – as our corporate headquarters, that location houses many of our executives, including our CEO, but it certainly does not take precedence over any other Dynata office; particularly now that most employees are working remote, at least in a hybrid schedule. Building a culture of appreciation is of utmost importance to us, and we encourage peer-to-peer and manager-peer recognition through our global employee recognition program. This allows for both monetary and non-monetary awards, with the ultimate goal of ensuring employees feel seen and appreciated. We’re sorry you did not feel this way, and wish you luck in future endeavors.
