Pros

Before the multiple re-brandings they were efficient. Tools and processes were effective. After.... Not so much. Only real pro is a few of the people you work with are awesome.

Cons

Not much care for employees. Favoritism is huge. Road mapping is questionable.

Thank you for your time with us – sorry it wasn’t a very positive experience for you, aside from enjoying your colleagues (a ‘pro’ we hear most often!). Our tools and processes are certainly a work in progress, and ensuring they are efficient and streamlined is one of our main priorities. Our employee engagement scores have continued to improve over the years, and we like to think it’s because our employees are our biggest asset. We are constantly asking for their opinions and feedback, and taking action on that feedback to show how important they are to the success and longevity of the company.

We participate in multiple, global compensation surveys annually regarding employee pay and have an annual compensation process to ensure that we are paying competitive and rewarding performance, but we regret your pay is not meeting your expectations. We have many opportunities for career growth, including an internal job board and a large variety of e-Learning courses available in Workday.
