Pros

It's the largest business in the space so there is a lot of money to make if you get a good team. The people have years of experience, and the team is nice and has a healthy competition.

Cons

There is limited to no training. The benefits are barley $75 a month for phone and gym. People will try to help you succeed, but they are busy with their workload. You will only get a promotion if you are lucky and the raises every year are minimal and upper management does not give raises.

Although the training periods for many of our positions are brief, there are many channels you can turn to for help and guidance including colleagues and an extensive library of asynchronous courses. Our leaders go through frequent trainings to ensure they remain supportive and are helping their employees to grow at Dynata and beyond. We are sorry if this has not been reflective of your experience, and we encourage you to discuss this with your manager. As for compensation, we perform annual salary reviews to ensure we are commensurate with the market. Dynata has extensive benefits offerings, varying by location. It is wonderful that the people of Dynata and our professional growth opportunities helped you to succeed. Certain positions may entail heavier workloads and longer hours, especially during our busy season. That being said, we aim to offer a work-life balance suited to the needs of our employees and encourage employees experiencing difficulty with workload, or with objectives, to speak with their managers and take advantage of the multitude of courses we offer on workload prioritization, goal setting, and time management. Working from home is one of the greatest aspects of our call center positions, and we are glad you enjoyed it. How and if respondents answer calls is never guaranteed, which is why we are restructuring our points system to account for this. We greatly appreciate your patience, as this can be one of the more difficult parts of cold calling. As for communication, our leaders aim to do their best to respond to messages in a timely manner. However, there is only so much our managers can do from a virtual capacity, especially given the ratio of call center agents to managers. This is why we have the additional automated troubleshooting system for backup. Thank you for your feedback and best of luck in the future.
