      Company does not recognize employee's contributions and provide advancement opportunities

      Pros

      Company tends to hire young people straight out of college or with little experience.

      Cons

      Company has systematically lowered it's contribution to it's bonus plan to where it is very minimal percentage of base pay. In Operations, bonus used to be passed out four times a year, then changed to two times a year, now it is once a year.

      Pros

      Work from home, make your own schedule between set hours, understanding management if you need time off

      Cons

      Pay us terrible. Management does not help to achieve better PR and instead just write you up for things out of your control (people not answering there phone). Extreme lack of hours, not told until 2hours before shift if we are forsure even working for the day. Having a second job is a must if you have bills. Clients give surveys to us without going over them first

      The job of a telephone interviewer can be tricky – we review salaries to make sure they are in line with market rates and the work involved, but how and when respondents will answer the phone is never guaranteed.       Pros

      It is a great place to start your career. You do learn a lot about a niche side of the business. It is what you put into it. If you dont want to move around or wait for a boss to tap you on the shoulder saying it is your time You will not grow

      Cons

      You do get stuck in your position Hard to move into leadership role Bases are low Bonsus are up to management really
