Pros

Great facility , professional attitude of leadership , process oriented and leadership empowers employees at the middle management level

Cons

Did not have a holistic concept of HR, making HR report into the Operations. Too much of wastage of time in Background Verifications ( though mandated by client ). Very poor pay masters

Pros

A lot of learning is available. A lot of focus in Six Sigma and lean training. The company provides certifications from recognized bodies

Cons

Difficult to create a work-personal life balance. The expectation is for the individual to put in 12 hours and more on a daily basis and be available 24x7. That is given more value. There are other offices in not popular cities, which if chosen will fast track a promotion, which is not fair to other employees
