They have a good benefit package - lots of paid time off.

Cons

Highly dysfunctional management, preferential treatment given to employees from India, dishonest business practices.

EXL as a company is financially strong.

Cons

Benefits aren't great overall. The Tampa (healthcare) division is in a constant state of uncertainty and has seen a combination of "workforce reduction" as well as voluntary resignations.

Thank you for your feedback. Your review of the Health Integrated operation is appreciated. Health Integrated is proud that once we increased the staffing of qualified Team Members; identified and implemented metrics; and assembled the proper executive management team, the Tampa-based operation has met its productivity requirements. Unfortunately, because the decision was made earlier this year, many of the concerns are the result of that wind-down process. Health Integrated’s HR Department is doing everything it can to make the transition to other employment as smooth as possible for regular, full-time employees as well as temporary workers.

Pros

This company truly cares about their employees. The kindness, compassion, and professionalism of each person I interacted with was outstanding. The benefits are amazing,and my pay was above market. Everyone worked as a team, I never heard anyone say "it not my job." Every employee really cares about the member. HR and management have an open door policy. My manager jumped right in and helped us when our caseload was high. I worked from home. The IT department in Tampa was always available when I had a computer issue and they are super patient and knowledgeable.

Cons

There really isn't cons. This is a growing company so embracing change was paramount to success.
