Pros

There are many good people at the company. Most people try hard.

Cons

Management routinely lies to employees - CEO Rishi operates using the tactics he developed as a sales rep -- say whatever is needed to make the sale without regard to correctness or truth, avoid culpability for all bad things by blaming on others or denying they happened, and blindly accepting the word of his executives without examining the reasonableness of the recommendations. The company cheats employees, pays them poorly, disincents the good performers and gets mediocre results. SW developers are leaving in droves -- for good reason. Employee survey results so terrible that management doesn't show them. Owned by private equity firm so management tries hard to hide all bad news from the owners. And since private equity is all about the company's value, that means its nothing about employees.

Pros

Non-existent vacation plan means you can take vacation whenever you want. Very laid back environment work/life balance

Cons

Low pay Very poor management High expectations and no recognition The new executives are very shady and completely neglect local employees. Workers are not recognized and are exploited. The most dedicated people are now quitting left and right and not being replaced, rather their work is dumped onto under-staffed teams. The whole business model is backwards. There are too many projects, too few people, and poor or non-existent planning. Priorities change daily based on whatever the highest paying customer wants. I was treated extremely poorly for giving my two weeks. I should have waited for the bonus paycheck then walked out. Instead: I gave courtesy and my pay was slashed. Leaving was the best decision I've ever made

Where careers go to die

Pros

Free food and a generous time off policy. For employees who must work in Rochester, it is potentially a good option if you are new in career and looking for a first job.

Cons

The lack of focus, underfunding across several areas of the business, insistence on locating the bulk of resources in India, PE ownership misalignment and executive leadership incompetence doom this company. When recruiting you, they will misrepresent the facts. Don't fall for it. Many of the new recruits did and have, or will be leaving. New talent that was brought in to turn things around is being sidelined or bullied into keeping their mouths shut. There are some good people at the company, however the CEO doesn't have the appropriate skills to lead the company. He is a sales person who should have stayed in sales. Save yourself the disappointment and select an employer you will be able to growth with.
