Very average on many levels

Pros

Some strong brands, decent benefits (match 6% on 401k and 20 days vacation which includes sick days, which most people never really take anyway, so I think it's pretty positive).

Cons

majority of leadership are stuck in really old ways of doing business. They lack any real innovation and ability to inspire the employees. They will also fire people with no real reasons. If your boss thinks you might be better than him, he will make up an excuse to get rid of you.

Pros

I have been able to take advantage of many opportunities and have worked with many good people. Sadly though many have moved on through retirement or better opportunities. I wouldn't be against recommending coming to Edgewell but I would be cautious to fully understand what is being offered and what the future holds.

Cons

Worked for now Edgewell through several transitions and where I currently am in my career I would have thought they truly wanted to follow through on promoting from within, this however is currently not the case.

Pros

Brands with name recognition even though new company name is not yet recognized

Cons

Multiple reorganizations over short period of time has resulted in unstable colleague base, continued employee resignations, no recognizable culture and apathetic employees across all levels. Colleague comraderie and mutual support has disappeared and has been replaced by fault finding. When company split the benefits were notably reduced.
