I really like working for Elevate K-12. The hiring and training process was really easy. They are very easy to work with since they give me the content for each class. I don’t even have to find my own students or matches. Also, the company cares about me with regular surveys to know how I am feeling.

Elevate K-12 genuinely encourages collaboration without ego. Managers are always willing to help and provide feedback, above and beyond work related issues.

Cons

With high growth comes quite a lot of workload, but that is expected.
