No travel needed. I can work from home. I can set my hours for teaching. Good number of hours available for teaching. Good technology. Lessons are pre-made by company which is helpful. Good systems. Overall great experience.

Cons

No control for teacher to change lesson plans.

Pros

- Focused on creating job opportunities for women, specially moms, which I absolutely love - Great open work environment - Very focused on changing how K-12 classrooms work - Great teaching for students who need focused instruction - People are very interested in student and school’s success - Culture and people are probably one of the best things here

Cons

Extremely high focus on performance and delivery and very fast paced. Feels very pressured at times. I have seen people not survive here due to lack of performance.

Pros

I really enjoy teaching with Elevate. It’s been a fabulous experience. Students are in the school. I used to be a teacher until I had my first child and couldn’t go back to teaching. Now I teach from home. The people here are very driven and really care for the students and the teachers.

Cons

I would love to have more hours to teach. What I get now is good but not enough.
