Pros

The organization has some good eco-friendly and really challenging work to offer! The management is pretty cool and gives you the freedom to choose the project that you'd like to work on. Work life balance is really great here. Personal life is taken care considerably well. Really appreciate that!

Cons

Number of leaves are far less compared to other companies. If medical Insurance cover can be increased and can cover parents as well, it'd be great.

Thank you for taking the time to review ProArch. I am so glad your onboarding was smooth, and you enjoy your work. First impressions of any new company are lasting, so am glad that our teams have served you well so far. Our goal is to continue this great feeling and work/life balance throughout your tenure with us. We do appreciate your feedback on leaves and medical insurance. We have rolled out additional benefits recently that include floating holiday, home internet reimbursement, and term life insurance for all employees. We look to continue this trend in the future! If you have any additional input, please do feel free to reach out to your People Team (HR)!

Excellent that you rate ProArch a great company to work for and have awarded us 5 stars – we are so pleased to hear this in addition to your other positive comments on ProArch benefits, people and the family culture we strive for. Yes, as a fast-paced, growing and entrepreneurial company, our new employees get off to a running start, and we do re-organised regularly in order to respond to business opportunities and client needs. Many thanks for your review.

Pros

Exposure to High-Stakes Enterprise Initiatives: The firm manages large-scale, complex programs for major organizations, providing significant exposure to enterprise-level business transformation and integration efforts.  Networking Potential: The role offers exposure to senior-level stakeholders and directors across various industries, creating opportunities to engage with high-caliber executive leadership. Visibility into Strategic Gaps: For professionals specializing in operational transformation, the environment provides a clear look at how a lack of standardized governance and resource misalignment can impact project health.

Cons

Systemic Lack of Program Governance: The firm operates with a "break and replace" management style. There is a significant disconnect between the strategic promises made to clients and the internal delivery capabilities provided to the project teams.  Resource Management Issues: There is a culture of over-leveraging individual contributors. Leadership often sells high-level strategy but fails to provide the necessary technical support, discovery documentation, or bandwidth to execute successfully.  Knowledge Siloing: Discovery insights and project history are often gatekept by internal cliques rather than standardized in a transparent, accessible way, creating unnecessary friction and re-work for the delivery team.  Lack of Mentorship & Professional Development: Despite the complexity of the client programs, there is a lack of structured onboarding, technical mentorship, or clear professional development pathways for senior-level talent.
