Pros

Exposure to High-Stakes Enterprise Initiatives: The firm manages large-scale, complex programs for major organizations, providing significant exposure to enterprise-level business transformation and integration efforts.  Networking Potential: The role offers exposure to senior-level stakeholders and directors across various industries, creating opportunities to engage with high-caliber executive leadership. Visibility into Strategic Gaps: For professionals specializing in operational transformation, the environment provides a clear look at how a lack of standardized governance and resource misalignment can impact project health.

Cons

Systemic Lack of Program Governance: The firm operates with a "break and replace" management style. There is a significant disconnect between the strategic promises made to clients and the internal delivery capabilities provided to the project teams.  Resource Management Issues: There is a culture of over-leveraging individual contributors. Leadership often sells high-level strategy but fails to provide the necessary technical support, discovery documentation, or bandwidth to execute successfully.  Knowledge Siloing: Discovery insights and project history are often gatekept by internal cliques rather than standardized in a transparent, accessible way, creating unnecessary friction and re-work for the delivery team.  Lack of Mentorship & Professional Development: Despite the complexity of the client programs, there is a lack of structured onboarding, technical mentorship, or clear professional development pathways for senior-level talent.

Pros

Not as stressful as other MSPs and decent work life balance compared to other MSPs. A lot of fun work and very modern technologies being used and lots of opportunity to grow skills

Cons

Benefits could be better and 401k matching is lackluster at 25% match. Salary is also a bit on the lower end.

Great feedback – thank you for your reflection on the work/ life balance which is such an important part of our culture. We definitely believe that the use of modern technology, as well as ensuring the ProArch continues to be a leader in the MSP field, enhances the fun experience. We note your comments on package and will continue to review any possible enhancements in 2025.
