Pros

Meaningful Vision Personable Leadership Talented Colleagues Bright Future It's shocking to read some of the personal attacks that take shape in these reviews. I hope any prospective employees realize that those negative reviews are almost entirely a product of employees who are bitter about the direction of the company as it evolves right along with the industry. From my personal interactions with RES leadership, I find the opposite of the negative descriptions to be true. Yes, there are a lot of changes, but the future for this company is very bright and those who have chosen to stick it out through some of the difficult times are going to see that pay off in a major way.

Cons

Resistance to change in some longer-tenure colleagues. If you're getting into renewables and construction thinking things are going to stay the same, keep looking. This industry is constantly changing and only companies who can keep up with the pace of change will make it. You definitely need to be resilient, innovative, and flexible to be truly successful in our industry.
