Thank you for being part of RES! We strive to have strong benefits including paternity leave and flexible schedules. We have been working on a number of diversity initiatives over the last year and are pleased that you are seeing the results. The team is building out manager training in some areas to enhance consistency so I'll pass along this information to be included.

Pros

The salary and benefits were appealing to me.

Cons

Executive management seemed reptilian and apathetic. RES Services senior management did not acknowledge my existence or work product. I compare the job with RES Services to a rodeo bull ride. I tried to hang on as long as I could but the psychological pain was too extreme and eventually I got thrown off into the dirt.
