Pros

The pay is not terrible

Cons

Very high turnover and bad management. You can’t go to them for questions because they don’t know their job. They are very unprofessional. The company won’t last.

Building a horrible culture

Pros

Remote work and the ability to take unlimited PTO

Cons

Where to begin... 1. No communication and when they provide it, it is the same "we are so excited" lines. No real direction being provided. 2. A meeting culture. Everything is a meeting, You can never get any work done because everyone is having meetings. Particularly VPs and above. 3. Flip flop nature of directions. No one seems to know where they want to go and when they do decide, it only takes a light breeze to have them changing their minds. 4. Company has been in a cultural "re-organization" for 3 years, which means that at any point, anyone's position is subject to restructuring. Worst of all, The company, not the people, but the company doesn't feel like a place that cares about what they are trying to do. It was one of the worst places I've ever worked.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for the contributions you made during your time as a Senior Director. We recognize the responsibilities and perspective that come with a leadership role, and we appreciate the experience you brought to the organization. We understand that growth and transformation can sometimes feel challenging, particularly during periods of strategic change. However, as we continue to evolve as a business, our senior leadership team remains focused on aligning our operations with long-term goals, delivering value to our clients, and fostering a strong internal culture. Strategic adjustments are not made arbitrarily—they are driven by data, industry shifts, and the need to remain competitive and innovative. As a company operating in a fast-paced and ever-changing space, collaboration is essential. While meetings are a part of that process, we are continuously working to ensure time is used productively and that employees have the space to do deep, focused work. We remain confident in the direction the company is heading and in the capabilities of our leadership team to guide us forward. While we respect that your experience may have differed, we are committed to building a company that supports its people and its mission. We wish you continued success in your career and thank you again for your time with us.

As a Revenue Cycle Manager, your role is important to our operations, and we want all team members to feel supported and empowered in their work. If there are specific concerns or challenges you are facing, we strongly encourage you to connect with your manager or a member of our People Ops Team. We’re committed to listening and taking meaningful steps to address concerns when they’re brought forward. While we understand that not every experience will be the same, we remain focused on fostering a collaborative and respectful workplace. Open communication is key to improving our culture and operations, and we welcome the opportunity to have those conversations. Thank you for the work you do and for being part of our team.
