Haven't been laid off yet

Cons

The business is failing under the weight of its management. If you work in administration expect to be laid off and replaced by someone who will have to do your job and 10 other jobs. They keep downsizing and reorganizing resources because the products and companies they've bought aren't bringing in enough revenue for the board of directors to be happy.
