Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your time as an Onboarding Specialist. We’re glad to hear that you had a positive experience with the company culture and appreciated the people you worked with. We take pride in fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, so it’s great to know that stood out during your time here. We recognize that organizational challenges can be frustrating, and while we always strive for stability, certain business decisions—including difficult ones like staff reductions—are made to ensure long-term growth and sustainability. We acknowledge that changes can be disruptive, and we continue to work toward improving processes to better support our teams. We appreciate your contributions and your balanced perspective. Pros

There are no pros that outweigh the cons.

Cons

Prognosticators have lowered their ratings of this company. Do the research. Read the feedback provided here. There is no future with an organization that continuously changes its tactics and strategy with every iteration of its senior leadership. The sales pitch to new employees about equity ownership is laughable and suspect. The calculation is ever-changing and subject to change at will, without notice and without clear explanation. The culture is a company of low-level employees wondering when they'll receive their walking papers while the "leaders" post their grateful praises on LinkedIn for the c-suite's investment in their professional growth through certification programs. If you need a paycheck to help span a period of unemployment and you're not seeking longevity, nor care about experiencing joy in your job, this is the place to be. It's certainly not a career-company. For an organization that relies so heavily on its pitch about supporting the mental health of patients, it does nothing to care for its own workforce. Just run.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are a mission-driven organization that takes the mental health of both our patients and our employees seriously. We recognize that this type of work is not the right fit for everyone—and that’s okay. Our focus remains on building a team of individuals who are energized by meaningful challenges and driven to make an impact in the mental and behavioral healthcare space. That said, we take the well-being of our employees seriously. In addition to a generous PTO policy that includes the observance of a dedicated mental health day, we provide access to Addition Wealth (a personalized financial wellness benefit), access to EAPs which offer free and confidential counseling, we support employee resource groups, promote work-life balance and have an anonymous suggestion box to ensure every voice has an outlet. These initiatives are just a few examples of how we support our team both professionally and personally. We also stand by the integrity of our equity program, which is clearly communicated during the hiring process and designed to allow team members to share in the company’s long-term growth. Our leadership team makes strategic decisions with transparency and long-term success in mind, and we remain confident in the direction we’re headed. We appreciate your time with the company and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

- Full remote flexibility - Strong FTE team members

Cons

- Constant fire drill all the time. Everything is an emergency to appease the loudest customer. No sense of normalcy or predicability in engineering. - Zero trust in what senior leaders say. One all hands they will mention a commitment to a roadmap and the very next day they are telling teams to drop everything and go in a different direction. Constant changing of direction incredibly taxing on team morale. - Everything must be a meeting all the time with 15 people at the least in attendance. Incredible waste of time management and this "meetings always" mentality is organization-wide. How can I write code when I am in meetings 4-6 hours at day? - For a healthcare company the benefits are the worst I have ever seen in my career.

We recognize that fast-paced work and shifting priorities can sometimes create challenges, particularly in an industry as dynamic as ours. While we aim to be responsive to customer needs, we also strive to provide structure and predictability for our teams. Your concerns about frequent fire drills and the impact on engineering workflow are important, and we are continuously working to improve how we balance agility with stability. Regarding leadership and communication, we understand that changes in direction can be difficult. While our goal is to adapt to evolving business needs and market demands, we acknowledge that clear, consistent messaging is essential for maintaining trust and morale. We are committed to refining our internal communications to ensure that our teams have the transparency and clarity they need to be successful. We take feedback about meeting culture seriously. Effective time management is critical, and we are actively evaluating ways to streamline meetings and create more focused work time for team members. Your insights will help inform these ongoing improvements. As for team member feedback and benefits, we continuously assess how we can enhance our offerings and address team member concerns. While not every suggestion from surveys can be implemented immediately, we are always listening and working toward meaningful improvements. We encourage open dialogue and appreciate constructive input that helps us grow as an organization. Thank you again for your feedback and for being part of our team. We remain committed to fostering an environment where team members feel heard, valued, and supported. We encourage you to share more specifics on how we can improve with your leader or with a member of our business partner team.
