      I honestly can't think of anything positive to say.

      Cons

      This place does not care for their employees or their customers. Customers complain constantly and when you mention that to management they basically tell you to be quiet and keep doing what you were told. Every positive thing you read here is lip service. Even the responses to these negative reviews. I feel really sorry for you Therapy Brands Glassdoor review responder person, this must be soul crushing work when you know these awful reviews are 100% true. It's ok, you can cry it out. There is literally no benefit to working smarter/harder/etc so guess what, nobody does and everyone is miserable. I have no idea how this company still exists. If you reading this and you work here get out ASAP, if you are considering I suggest you move along if you value your time and sanity.

      There are many talented individuals at Therapy Brands.

      Cons

      There are many talented individuals at Therapy Brands that are over looked/ignored creating an inefficient work environment and limited opportunity. Therapy Brands senior management are severely disconnected from its employee and customers making daily life unnecessarily challenging, aggravating, and defeating. Limited tools and support are provided for success. The work/life balance is poor, one can expect to work a minimum of 50+ hours a week. Patient Care isn't at the heart of Therapy Brands.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO and a good work life balance if you can get over doing 5 people's jobs during the day and can actually take off because you are doing so much.

      Cons

      c suite level does not listen to employees or their feedback. People Ops seems like they want to try but things are getting worse. The past 2 years have gone downhill.
