They have Unlimited Paid Time Off

Cons

-Growth opportunities given to external vs internal candidates. Even though we have individuals going above and beyond their role they are still left without room to grow. -Additionally, quarterly ratings are not reflective of performance. There is no incentive for those who go above and beyond to continue because you will always get rated met expectations. -There are plenty more, but honestly don’t want to get into it.

New roles are posted both internally and externally and during 2020, we are pleased to have promoted over 10% of our employees from within the company. We are focused on training and development in 2021 so that we may mature our processes around career pathing and development for our employees. Therapy Brands implemented a harmonized continuous performance improvement process in 2020. Our TBH Cares Program has been another vehicle whereby we foster peer to peer and leader to peer employee recognition, highlighting outstanding performance of employees each quarter. We will continue to develop internal programs for enhanced recognition and reward of our dedicated workforce.

High Quality Team that truly cares about each other. Therapy Brands is a company that consistently looks for ways to applaud their employees for their hard work. Remote work without micromanagement means that everyone works really hard but don't have to feel guilty about taking a walk when needed! Great Benefits including Unlimited PTO. Great camaraderie even though we're spread out across the country.

Cons

Pandemic has kept us from seeing each other so I have not met my team members yet.

Serving the underserved therapy markets and providing the practitioners with software and payments solutions that enable them to serve their patients more effectively - something anyone can feel great about. We are making a difference in the way therapy healthcare is delivered in the United States. The company has generous benefits, holiday schedule, unlimited PTO and great co-workers.

Cons

The company has grown fast and completed several acquisitions - this means change for folks that know the old way of doing things and can create challenges when adopting new policies or practices.
