Pros

I enjoy interacting with co-workers who are excited to make a difference and solve problems in today's complex healthcare world. I had a great opportunity to make an immediate impact right out of college. Titles and bureaucracy do not hold you back at Epic. Health care coverage and the Epic Sabbatical program are incredible.

Cons

While the sabbatical is very generous and there are a lot of great benefits, overall vacation and parental leave is not the most competitive out there.
