Pros

-Benefits are good. -Campus is cool. -Pay is better than industry average for hourly roles

Cons

-Covid-19 response clearly showed employees where we stand, in case we had any doubts -Parental leave policy is bare bones -Feedback system is opaque and damaging -Leadership is poorly trained and unqualified for their roles -Communication from leadership happens at the very last minute and often when it won't be received in a timely fashion -Very little regard for job satisfaction

Pros

Food was great, coworkers were all great people, good pay for entry level, and learned a lot in a short amount of time.

Cons

Very stressful most weeks, never felt like you could do enough to be doing great at your job, and very dependent on the customers you get and your team lead. Bad customers = a bad time. There’s also a pretty big revolving door of employees at all times which is like a joke to current employees... feels like it should be seen as a bigger problem.
