Work/Life Balance is Key at Fearless
Pros
I've been at Fearless for 6 years now, and I'm glad I made the decision to work here! Even before the COVID pandemic, Fearless allowed us to work from home when necessary, take time for our mental and physical well-being, and care for our families. Post-COVID, we are all allowed to work from home, but we have the option to work in the office whenever we choose. Fearless also makes the effort to give us plenty of opportunities to gather and socialize, so we don't feel isolated. Children and pets are welcome in the office! Want more reasons to work here? We work to make life better for others, building software with a soul. We work with clients and partners who want to improve the way the world uses software, for the good of society. Our culture is one of unquestioned inclusion and encouraged diversity. Our salaries are evaluated regularly to make sure we are competitive, and our benefits are top-notch!
Cons
The only negative things I can think to talk about are employee-controlled. For example, if you choose not to come into the office, you'll miss some of our culture and miss out on meeting new people, hearing new ideas, and sharing information. If you choose to skip our social events (Hooky Day--a paid day of fun team-building, our summer picnic, happy hours, and other monthly activities) you'll also be missing out on new friendships and getting to know others at Fearless.
