Office does not have the same amenities as most companies Nepotism rampant (all the VPs are friends of the CEOs son, all unqualified) The average employee stays under 2 years due to mismanagement of priorities by management Horrible corporate culture, employees are expected to come in early and stay late just to show face. It is the norm for everyone to eat lunch at their desks. The company outlook is very poor. It is clear management is struggling and does not have a solid plan for the future of the company.

-GROWING GROWING GROWING -Extremely optimistic workforce -Understand the companies place in the market and where we want to go -Agile and Nimble -Fun place to work, not only are the people great but the company ACTUALLY goes above and beyond to delight the workforce

Cons

-Company is going through a transformation change with recent purchase by Ferraro and purchase of Nestle Confections. If you like a template job that does not allow you to be entrepreneurial then Ferrara is not the place for you. If you love white space, cross functional collaboration, fun and challenging...this is the place for you!

Pros

Benefits are great and so is the pay for the most part. People I work directly with are awesome. Can wear jeans to work.

Cons

No longer a family atmosphere. Very corporate and top heavy. High turnover due to employee dissatisfaction or termination. People walk on eggshells out of fear for their jobs. Big wigs care very little about employees or their opinions.
