Pros

They pay their employees good! The salary is not worth the headache.

Cons

The new leadership is horrible. They treat their employees terrible. They are constantly changing things with little guidance on the changes. They have ran off and fired some of the best employees. Can not refer anyone to work for this company. Most the staff is looking for new jobs to get out soon.

Just a job...not a career

Pros

You have something to do Monday - Friday and free coffee to drink.

Cons

Don't expect to use your brain while there. Everyone is afraid to make a decision that's well thought out. This company has run off and fired some people who really cared about the company. The people who are allowed to keep their jobs should really have an aptitude/drug test of some sort. The level of gossip, false rumors and inexperienced managers is unreal. Out of an 8 hour workday, you can expect to see anyone in Legal, Accounting and Collections talking and gossiping for at least 5 hours. The other 3 are divided between lunch and paying bills/shopping online. Again, the handful of people who were working were forced out by those feared for their job because they did not know how to do it. Unless you have a degree in eye rolling, gossiping and unprofessional apparel, you won't last here.

Pros

Going in the pay looked attractive based on the job description, however the job description was far from accurate and the pay doesn’t make up for the stress.

Cons

The demands are unrealistic. It’s all more, more, more and you never once get a thanks. I understand being a young company and trying to establish policy, but the treatment is inexcusable. It’s clear that the uppers have really no or very limited industry experience and even though they hire people lower that do, they don’t think to pool their resources and listen to the people they are paying to do a job. Instead they hire outside consultants and then rely on their own limited knowledge and constantly make changes that anyone with experience can see the gaps in before they are even executed. They are just throwing darts and bleeding money. It’s not possibly sustainable. I do not recommend working for this company, I have really nothing nice to say from my year with them. I have never been treated so poorly, never once even thanked for going above and beyond and was paid grossly under what my exact counterpart was paid, who had no credit Russ, limited experience simply because he was a man who flirted with the unattractive attention starved women higher up.
