None. They are horrible. They don’t care about others health at all.

Cons

Horrible place to work I have never in my life been discriminated against. I can not even report this issue to anyone in higher authority because it’s not one contact information

Overtime was offered and there is benefits when you start.

Cons

They are working for as a third party so therefore you don't know which company rules and policies to follow.

Thank you for your comments. As a business process outsourcing company we work with a number of clients to provide customer contact centre support. At recruitment stage, you will have been advised which client account you would be aligned to, and through your induction you will have been onboarded as a Firstsource employee, and trained on the processes of the relevant client. I’m glad you enjoyed the perks and benefits we provide. Alongside your base salary we offer a pension, healthcare cash back plan, employee assistance scheme, and access to may perks and discounts; we also offer incentive schemes too. Pros

The manager at this time was really nice and accommodating. Works with you. Chances for advancement. You get paid for 40 hours regardless if you do less.

Cons

Pay is low, clean desk policy, trainer isn't a good fit for her position, very unprofessional with little to no skills, and bipolar, at best
