The two major pros are the personal growth and the product. For personal growth, the sales team has been signing many new customers so there is a ton of new accounts to nurture and grow, so the customer success team has been growing strong which means I have been thrown into the mix on numerous accounts which has been fun. I have personally grown a ton in this role, needing to be an expert not just in Customer Success, but in our product and retail in general. I did not come from a retail background. So a lot of this is new to me. On the product, it is awesome to see how much the customers love using Focal. So that makes Customer Success a lot of fun. It is night and day better than what they were using before (spreadsheets or paper and pen). It would take hours. So once you get the customers actually using the product, saving them all that time, its really awesome hearing from them how much they love Focal. Its so futuristic.

The entire team, from the CEO to the lowest level possible is dedicated to getting the job done efficiently and effectively!
