Pros

Pay is above average for the area

Cons

Pay is not worth the stress, abuse, and confusion. You are only beneficial if you are a "yes man" and are willing to give up work life balance to "be a team player". Expectations are to work outside of core business hours while repeating projects constantly because leadership will not strategize or agree. If you have kids, family with health issues, or a personal life you will be looked down upon. Expect to be told you're doing a great job and then randomly demoted because you are "failing" in the same week, all while management refuses to listen to suggestions while also hiring an agency to tell them the exact same things. There is no support and departments are horribly understaffed due to the toxic work environment and random mass firings of employees that have been with the company for 10+ years. "Re-organization" is a common excuse to firings and demotions. There is no plan except to make as much money as possible to fund leadership's lifestyle.

Pros

You get a paycheck, that's it.

Cons

I couldn't last 4 months - I got out of there as quick as I could!!! The health benefits are horrible and expensive. They actually give you points / demerits if you're one minute late back from lunch or starting your day and will fire you for points - and they hold a point against you for half a year. What is this, middle school? The supervisor will yell at people from across the room if they stand up at their desk and they're not on break. They ask you to sell $3,000 equipment and your "commission" is less than 3%! Your hours are all over the place on the daily. If you need PTO, you have to wait weeks for approval. Too much to deal with for $19/hr. RUN - do not walk - away from this place! Crazy toxic in there! Can't keep anyone. I'd guess their one-year retention of new people is less than 20%.

Pros

Decent hours for line work. On the bus route.

Cons

Free health insurance (if you drink the crazy koolaid). poor pay. No opportunity for advancement. Office staff doesn’t start their day til late, they probably miss kids games and have to use vacation time for the advertised “work/life balance” Middle management and floor/line supervision warns people to keep their head down and don’t speak up. Old guy in the office will stand behind the call center ladies like he is waiting to cuss them out. Most of my colleagues and I feel like we have to walk on glass just to survive a day at work.
