The issues started on the first day. When I arrived along with the other new employees, no one seemed to have the slightest idea what we were supposed to be doing. There was no written training plan or schedule given during the entirety of training (a little over a month). Most days our "training" was sitting at our desk quietly while we waited for upwards of multiple hours for someone to find work for us to do. I was also told on multiple occasions by current employees to "drink the Kool-Aid and you'll be fine" which raised concerns. The people working here have a weird obsession with the CEO and is evidenced by the plethora of quotes made by him that literally hang from the ceiling over the cubicles. I was also told by more than one employee to "keep your head down, be quiet and look busy or you will be fired on the spot". Another issue I found of great concern was that prior to my arrival they had let go about half of their customer service agents all at once without any notice given. Then a couple weeks later the company secretly posted their jobs through a hiring agency so the fired employees would not know they were being replaced. I would stay as far away as possible from this place.
