-Extremely low pay even for a non-profit.
-Benefits are minimal.
-Staff is very inexperienced and undertrained if trained at all.
-Senior management does not care to be involved at all in day to day operations. Thus, lower management gets away with many inexcusable and fireable offenses.
-Administration/Management people have been around for decades and are stuck in the past. OUTDATED systems.
-NO room for growth. Revolving door for lower level employees.
-Zero incentives for employees.
-Abysmal communication interdepartmental and between departments.
-Lack of respect for each other.
-Little to no support from management.
-Lack of supplies, proper staffing, appreciation, and technology to correctly complete job tasks efficiently and adequately.
-Management lies to get you to sign on to work when they are desperate for new hires. They will brush you off as long as they can when you inquire about said promises.
-Management is VERY shady and HR does not provide much support when approached. They will make you deal with whatever the issue is yourself.
Pattern of overworking and under appreciating quality, hard working staff members that drives them out even when they do not have another job lined up.
