You don't always get the schedule you want. Trading and dropping can be easy but at times, it can be difficult. Delays. Nobody likes a delay. Sometimes it can be lonely on your layovers. Just like any other job, you run into people that dislike their job, I like to call them "Energy Vampire" because it is easy for people to damper your energy. I miss my family and animals. Living out of a suitcase can be tiresome at times. Finding new meals to put into your lunch bag can be tricky.

Very very low pay, on reserve you can get called in & if they cancel the flight you get absolutely nothing. Be prepared to pay the train fares / Uber’s to get to a canceled 2 hour call out flight and then get no rest for your next trip. I can’t believe some of the things this company does is even legal. 24 hours a day / 6 days a week reserve ??? This is inhumane & you’re making $4 more an hour than some Paul joe at McDonald’s when you’re sitting at the airport for 5+ hours for your delays and don’t get anything. The pay definitely needs to be increased or this is just a joke... if you’re living in a cheap crashpad (with 30 roomates) - my current situation... be prepared to spend 1/4 of your whole monthly income from frontier on that... don’t include train rides, food expenses, and everything else... I can’t imagine what my check would look like if i accepted any of the benefits.
