      Pros

      Good culture, great people to work with.

      Cons

      Money: 20% lower pay than comparable positions with other agencies/clients and more expensive benefits program (out of pocket) than colleagues of mine pay for the same Omnicom benefits package with a sister agency. Little/no room for advancement unless one is willing to relocate to New Berlin, WI. Inability to tailor cookie-cutter promotions to specific markets, although this is probably more a weakness of the client than the agency.

      Pros

      - Laid back place to work (casual attire, lots of freedoms given to employees) that trusts employees to get the job done without the boss looking over your shoulder - Interesting place to work--each day brings something new - Friendly place to work

      Cons

      - Difficult to get promoted (or even recognized) by Mngt - Salaries are considerably lower than the national average for most (unless you're a favorite, of course)

      Pros

      A young and energetic culture, fun place to work, the opportunity for great experience, exciting work with some recognizable companies

      Cons

      Not a career-track employer - you need to leave to continue getting broad experience. A fair amount of nepotism or "clubby" mentality of determining who moves upward. Not the greatest reputation for treating people - especially during the semi-regular (ie, 1-2 year) personnel purges.
