Pros

Loved the place. Fast-paced, can get different jobs if you work hard, MOST people are nice, decent pay. Usually Saturdays are off if it isn't too busy. One shift, great for people with kids.

Cons

Management changed and that screwed a few things up, but also made a couple things better. There are some seriously cranky people in there. You'll find out who they are. Just ignore them. If you work hard even through the rough days, it will eventually be recognized.

The discount(it is limited though) the opportunity of moving up. You get to have your own style.

Cons

Pay is not worth it. They over work you, they tell you 45 hours at the most but you end up working 80+ a week as management. They never give you time off. DM is not willing to help you out when you need it. You work every single weekend and it's impossible to get them off. Expectations are way too high for what they pay you and how they treat you. The benefits are horrible as well.
