      THEY MOVE ALL US JOBS TO INDIA OR LATAM SO BE PREPARED FOR CONSTANT JOB SEARCHES

      None. There are ZERO pros to this company. ZERO.

      Cons

      They don't pay much at all. Years of service mean absolutely nothing. They'll bring new hires on with no experience making more than a seasoned 6 year employee. HR is an absolute JOKE. They make up policies as they go with absolutely NO documentation. They let managers and upper leadership treat employees like crap and when an employee tries to go to HR or anyone for that matter they only retaliate against them. They are CONSTANTLY taking your job and moving it overseas for cheaper labor. Oh and you have to TRAIN the people taking your job how to do your job. They also have you write SOPs (step by step instructions on how to do your job) so that they can just give it away.

      Pros

      Compensation is good but what's the point when you do not have time to spend it because you are working 12-14 hours a day on trivial things

      Cons

      Company politics, your managers will stab in your back culture, terrible resource allocation and planning, unprofessional and unethical communication where the managers swear, yell at you and you are expected to suck it up, and when you stand up for yourself, you are getting reported for performance issues. Of course, each account vice president and associate vice president with whom you would work might be different but if the company hires such people then the hiring culture is degraded from the root. A typical Indian consulting company culture where bullying is normal.

      Technology and on site IT was good. Benefits were good

      Cons

      Restrictions on growth within company. If your too valuable in your role you become non transferable to any potential positions. Pay is terrible for the work. I left to take a job doing the same work at 3x my yearly salary
