Pros

It pays okay and the medical benefits are good. It's probably a decent option if you need a foot in the door for office experience. I've also enjoyed my coworkers

Cons

Working here has been one of the most negative a nerve wracking experiences in my professional life. I went in eager and excited by the novelty of the job and the promised opportunities, but my enthusiasm was quickly squashed by the reality. The job itself is not too difficult - it's actually pretty monotonous most of the time. The problem is that the site is run like a badly managed daycare. I've been with the company for about 4 months and haven't had a supervisor for longer than a month. Changes constantly occur with absolutely no warning whatsoever. And by that I mean at any moment someone will swoop in and announce that you've got a new manager, or a new schedule, or you a new team of coworkers. Luckily, I don't have kids so I haven't had to deal with the issue of how to handle daycare when you're told that suddenly you're working an hour later or no longer have weekends off. It's a garbage and disrespectful way to treat employees and they don't seem terribly interested in changing. When you complain to your manager they usually just say something useless like, "well, things change a lot around here" or "Hey, it was worse 2 months ago". Upper management loves to describe it as a "start up environment" which is so laughable I can't tell if they're being serious or they're just that cynical about our intelligence. The highlight of the job will be the day I quit.

Pros

You get medical and dental benefits. They also hire everyone so if you have legs you have a job. That’s about the only good things

Cons

Management is ghetto almost never there. There is zero moral and even when they ask for suggestions on what they could do better they shut down all the ideas. So what the point of asking?
