Pros

Work from home. You’re a genius if you can string half a sentence together.

Cons

Incompetence, end to end Fraud Let experienced Americans sell to other experienced American buyers. Too many inexperienced fakes and frauds; mimicry Utter clown college: Marketing, Sales, Delivery Risk Consulting, Compliance, and Digital are 100% Frauds. Beware. Beware. Beware. Back office ops, monkey see monkey do Zero ability to think, creatively, show vision, leadership, industry options or direction Abysmal Quality; GS: end marcus or face probs Inability to speak or write English Gaslighting of Americans Fraudulent claims and endless delivery horrors Bait & switch: good sales ppl replaced with incompetent delivery teams, esp in India Underpriced contracts and revenue recognition snafus in US; tax evasion; fraudulent billing of clients Never pay vendors or reimburse dull and timely legitimate employee business expenses

Pros

Good health insurance. Non-traditional, interesting work. Decent compensation.

Cons

Lack of communication, unqualified management, no flexibility in schedules, poor training staff (tons of misinformation, outdated training materials, general lack of knowledge in what they are teaching) This is the most disgusting place I've ever worked. Fellow employees have no manners or respect for the office or to their peers. Someone smeared their feces all over the bathroom wall a few months ago. People throw paper towels and other trash on the floors in the bathroom and around the building. There have been bed bugs in the lobby areas and the company has not done anything about it, despite numerous reports from employees. Multiple threats of violence among employees. Lunches, wallets, and other personal items being stolen. Cars in the parking lot have had gasoline siphoned from them, even though there is a "security" guard patrolling the company premises. They will hire ANYONE. There is no vetting process for candidates, regardless of their career level. They constantly threaten to terminate employees for poor productivity and low quality work, but never actually stick to their word.

Pros

If you're white they discriminate against you. They pull all kinds of passive aggressive tricks on you. Management is the worst ever. I mean ever. I would never outsource to them. The CEO eats while he talks with his mouth chomping away on podcasts. Unprofessional vulgar behaviour.

Cons

They will set you up then fire you if you file a complaint. They are out for themselves. They pretend they know stuff they don't. They underbid and never have the resources they need to complete an SOW. All they do is talk.
